1. Eggs. I can get them only from vaychers? No breeding? I can't obtain hmm... egg of gastly for example?
2. Character of pokemon always 'hardy'? No other characters?
3. EV's. Only 2x256? Not more?
4. Champion League. Only Kanto-Jhoto with NPC? Don't you try to make some sort of... human vs human league with human gym leaders?

Only with vouchers.

Only hardly for now, they just added natures.

3. EV's. Only 2x256? Not more?

Actually, you can have a total cumulated of 510 in all stats, and each stat has a max of 255.

4. Champion League. Only Kanto-Jhoto with NPC? Don't you try to make some sort of... human vs human league with human gym leaders?

PvP you mean? Just send a battle request to someone else.
Tournament? Some players prepare them, with a gift for the winner. But players do it, not staff (since they HAVE TO work on Hoenn )
NPCs with lvl100 poks? Go in a port, and take the ferry for Seven Island. There, there's a Battle Tower with only NPCs with lvl100 poks and some items you can buy with wins (= battle points).
