Server off shown by client

I am trying to login server since half an hour and there has been occuring same problems, Server Status sometimes shows 2-3 places empty, I press login and then client shows me server is off, while server is on and then it goes full.
It is showing me off since half an hours...

Here's ss showing that client tells server is off while server status shows server is on with full(So atleast it should login me and tells me server is full).

Never hurts to redownload the client

I have done it, still same problem. Now I shall try tomorrow to login, might server be very laggy thats why sometimes it shows offline.
