Server crashes/downtime does not save.

Not too long ago I completed the Soul gym and received the Soul badge. After about 5 minutes ALL the players on the server went quiet... The chat stood still, Rooms wouldn't load, so I disconnected. Later I re-connected and my save game loaded with my player back in the gym without the badge. BUT, it still says "too soon to battle npc" so, I have to wait 24hrs to get the badge I had already received. Um, wtf... ???

Oh, well. See you tomorrow.
