Server connection issue

the pwo server is online and yet it says pwo server is turned off when i'm trying to connect. Is there problem in the server or am i the only one to have this problem?

I also have the same problem. I logged in the game today for 5 minutes and logged off then and when I returned after 5 minutes to log in again, it was the same problem. Its been 2-3 hours do something ADM or Gm's plz. Thnx
