Seafoam Islands caves, lost

Hello, I've recently come to needing to get to the Cinnabar Island gym. I beat Sabrina, but I am unsure how to get past the second set of Seafoam Island caves. Is there another path, or a set of holes/ladders that I need to take? Sorry if this is super easy, I'm just super frustrated.

If you have a surfboard, you can skip the Seafoam Islands, but seeing you didn't probably means you don't have one yet.
There are some screenshots of the maps on the wiki that might prove useful to you.
Also, the Seafoam Islands in PWO highly resemble those in the handheld games (minus the strength puzzles), so if everything fails, you could check out a video walkthrough of them.

Ah, thanks! I figured I needed a surfboard, but I couldnt figure out the riddles so Ill need to pay to get one eventually.

I looked on youtube for videos, but they all seem to stop after defeating Articuno, is there one you would recommend?
