Hey, my friend was looking foward to create an accaount on PWO, we waited until today at 11am and the registration is closed.

Registration is most things dealing with the game are gmt time. Right now it is 2:12 pm gmt time.

I think he was assuming February 25th was January 25th..? That's my only theory...
