There is no application process for GMs. Also Xanatus was/is not a GM, he's a DEV and the current Owner of PWO, so his absence does not mean we need more GMs.
If you want to help the game just report unknown glitches and be helpful with new players.
I'm going to go ahead and lock this topic further discussion would serve no purpose apart from as you can already see inviting trolling responses.
