Just like forretress, lapras is a VR that became a HR.  They are essentially worth the same if you aren't looking at it from a battling aspect, and in this case we are not looking at it in that way.

ill up my offer to 600M + S Forretress for S Cloyster if that gives me the best offer.

In response to bobpaulo, I think my offer is much better. You can get more then 500M for Shiny Forretress (i recently sold one for 720M).  The max you will even remove from the game for his is 1B, and even that is a stretch because very few people have that much money.
