PWO Reputation

I have a question. Okay so I just started playing PWO 2-3 days ago. And I saw the little 'Reputation' at the top of my screen.(Below your Pokemon Hotbar). And my reputation was 0.4, and I was wandering how do I raise my reputation? By doing quests or something? I don't know can someone please answer my question?

You can gain REP by battling NPCs and gym leaders. You need certain REP to battle gym leaders but don't worry REP is only ever a problem in the beginning of the game. Losing in PvP slightly lowers your REP.

Beating NPCs and other Players in a Battle will raise rep, losing however will lower it.

 

[Luminance]

I would like to state some quests that give you 3 reputation points as reward such as:

If you started in Kanto, then you can do the Viridian Forest Quest.

If you started in Johto, you can do the Hidden Crag Quest.

Since the first gym leader in each region requires 3 reputation points, you may need to do either of them depending on your starting region.
