Hi i wanted ask if it somehow could get official so more players would appear , or would nintendo need to take it over ? Will they maybe do it sometime ?

While it would be flattering and a real badge of honour, I highly doubt Nintendo would lend official status to a fan-made game, especially as they have no real interest in making or publishing games for PC; and have generally taken a dim view over unauthorised use of their content.
