Problem with password resetting

Hi, i write there because i just chancged my password account. It allows me to login into the website but not into the game. The client tells me that there is invalid username or password. I tried to reset the password via the recover page and i changed it again, but it still not allows me to log in.
I hope a gm can help me. Thank you

ok, i changed again the password into the original one i submitted when i created the account and now it allows me to log in. That means that i cannot change password?

What it probably means, is that the password you changed to contains a symbol that the client does not understand, or thinks is different to what is on your keyboard. This meant it couldn't work out what you actually typed, thus sent the wrong password to the server. This is often caused by your computer's Regional Settings.
