problem with getting back my account

i didn't log on my account for a long time, and when i tried to log in now, it says that pass is incorrect, and email is not working also, is there anything i can do to get it back? i can answer any question regarding the account what pokes do i have, what was my starter and so on, hope anyone can help me, thanks.
