Problem with black screen

Since yesterday i have black screen, i read other post and try to resolve it, but i cant.
Is not a firewall or antivirus problem, i was checked that and my firewall and antivirus have allowed pwo.
I try type /ref while the map is attempting to load.
I also removed pwo of my system and then install again, and i changed the settings of internet explorer for default, but none of this worked.
Appreciate if you help me with some other way to fix the problem.

Nearly everyone seems to be having this issue right now. Apparently it's an issue with the host and not PWO itself. You'll have to wait until it is fixed.

when this issue is fix,,i see many player dont experience this kind of problems..
