Problem starting Game!

Guys i am having a problem while opening the game means after loging in i get

" Failed To Init Direct3D
Automation Error"

Can someone tell why is it so....or i need some additional software to run PWO.

guys some guy said that i need .net framework to overcome the error but i get this error while installing it  how do i fix it

Hmm either your netframe isn't up to date, you have a bad graphics card...or you didn't install correctly.

Try reinstalling your client.

And sometimes running as adminastrator helps.

can anybody confirm whether i update my grapphic card or install the net framework cause atm i dont have it in my cmptr any version of it. is the net framework required to play the game
