I think In PWO a bank should also establish like "PWO Bank".
Features:
1.Like real bank you deposit money and get interest and these interest should be on the basis on ingame playing time like 1% per hour etc.
2.Like real bank a feature of loan should also be there and you have to give the money back in limited time that the banks tells like 1 week or 2 week with interest and the interest rate should be higher than gaining interest rate. And if the amount is not given in that time the game should cut money from main balance.

And I think to low the chances of scamming the bank there should also be some requirements like :
1. All badges i.e 16 badges.
2. Minimum 300 Reputation Points.
3. Minimum 500 Hours of Ingame playing time.

I think something like is already planned to live once new playerdex is released. I fully like the idea, except ''playing time like 1% per hour''. For those players who have little amount of money it's almost nothing, I know. But for those who have large amount of money is too much money.

Like if I have 600M ($600,000,000) I'll get 6M ($6,000,000) per hour. I think it's much unequal.

First I don't think there are many player who has that amount of money.
And Secondly We can limit the interest rate by like Depositing :
1 Pokemony- 999,999 Pokemony ->1% per hour
1mil Pokemony- 9 mil 999,999 Pokemony -> 0.5% per hour
10 mil Pokemony - 49 mil 999,999 mil Pokemony -> 0.2 % per hour
etc, etc.

And I also think there should be a limited amount of loan taken and amount deposited.

My thought exactly. Why should you earn extra money only for being online? What if you just chat for a few hours? Do you get paid in real life if you just chat? And what about botters who could pump up their money simply by walking around?
