pokemon lost of pc

help

after a few months of not playing logging in my count (I have a problem with the password but thanks to HitmonFonty can solve) but the pokemons than I have in the pc are not there ,in the pokedex appears released only:

Squirtle · Level 14 · 22290916

but does not give me the option to recover can somebody help me?

You can unrelease your pokemon, but first you will need to transfer money into your Playerdex account from ingame. To do this click on the Bank link at the top of the Playerdex. You have to be logged out of the game to do this.

If you suspect your account has been hacked, post on Community Watch on the Playerdex, providing as many details as possible- particularly when you last played and you know you had pokemon in your account.

If you don't have enough money to unrelease your pokemon let us know since you will then need staff assistance to transfer the squirtle back to your account.
