Can you please tell me the encounter rate of every pokemon group...(common, rare, very rare, horribly rare and shiny)...?

Not entirely true.
The only rates staff have said, are 1/10 for rare, 1/100 for vr, and 1/1000 for hr.
Albeit these are extremely rough estimates.

These are estimated ranges. It is certain that every rarity category has a range, that's why it's harder to encounter certain VRs or HRs than others.
Rare: 1/10-100, VR: 1/100-1000, HR 1/1000-10000.
