Pokemon - Bastiodn

Hi just got it by a trade with a good player, he said he claimd it by an event , that its only one in the game , is that true ?  
Will it ever be aviable somehow again , like to catch . Cause im thinking to sell it if it will be aviable sometime , and keep if never.

It's certainly not the only Bastiodon in game, though it's certainly rare - I think there's probably a little over 30 overall.

A small number of Pokémon species from Sinnoh were once made available in PWO in a Christmas event, in order to add some exclusive rewards to those events. The species were those identified as being compatible with the battle system at the time, which was still Gen-III based, thus lacked support for certain moves and Abilities (the battle code has been significantly rewritten since).

As Sinnoh is not planned to be added to the game for a long time, due to the need for a whole new tileset as well as Sevii and Hoenn coming before it, I wouldn't expect to see Bastiodon or any other Sinnoh Pokémon added to the game as catchable any time soon. This said, it is always possible that the Pokémon could be reintroduced in a future event or as a Token Store Pokémon, though nothing is planned at this time.
