I donated to have enough Tokens to get a membership and a Torchic, all tho after looking to buy something else with the remaining code, I realized I could of bought something that would of made my now Blaziken Shiny!!!! Of course I don't have enough tokens left to buy that Shiny thing and another Torchic. Is there anyway I could spend my tokens to buy the shiny thing and transform my Blaziken into a shiny?

I'm afraid you've misunderstood. There is no item in the pokemart that can "make a pokemon shiny".
Rather, we have something called 'Shiny Chance' which gives you a chance to obtain a shiny from the store.
