People please read these rules, at the top of this very forum! it's quite annoying for people to anwser what is stated straight above all of these server threads everybody keeps making.

Forum rules
Any topics asking about the server status will be locked. If the server is down, check if there is any information available on our planned downtime topic or Twitter. Otherwise the server is awaiting a restart from a member of the Administration or Developer team.

How is he a wannabe-mod? What he is saying is true, you should stop complaining about the server, if its not up go read a book or somthing and come back in a couple of hours, The most annoying thing is people like you who Just spam this section of the forum with PWO is offline.

the forum rules are very visible for a reason, anyone can see them. no need to be the captain obvious and spam forum with threads like this

Very true, they are visible, then* why does no one read them and insist on asking if the server is up or down? If you cant connect, dont bother asking just wait an hour and try again, if its been somthing like 24 hours and you are still unable to connect then sure, come to this forum and ask..

Both parties has a reason. Torment is right that some players just mindlessly post on the forums. Mixu is also right that there is no need to kiss up to the mods like this. They will deal with those who don't obey the rules.

xD i wasnt kissing up to the mods, was just stating that some people dont read, as you said in your post.

mods deal with the spammers the way they want, it's up to them whether they give infractions for breaking the rules or not, this thread is useless
