You should therefore make a new request. Usually if you pop into the IRC and i'm there (as reborn), if you ask i'll do a check if it goes through.

Is there any way we can check (like the server status/ fullness link) whether the cap has been reached? I don't want to flood you with emails if it went through, nor do I want to be sitting and waiting for an email that won't come. The account I am waiting for a reset for is Contagion, I created Contagion_ simply so I could get help on the forums.

There is no way to check, however if you visit over to the IRC - if you ask, I will usually check if the cap has yet to be reached.
