Hello there.



Following some observation of the email system as of yesterday, I had come to realise that the source in which passwords were being sent from weren't sending. However from those observations I noticed that forum emails were sending however from a different source. After doing a few small tests before the cap was reached, me and Jinji had realised that the issue was with the source of which the passwords were coming from.



The cap recently reset itself and after making a few alternations to the source for password emails, we can now confirm they are sending out!



Though please note that the current cap is still in place however to help get as many passwords out - emails have been disabled for Forum notifications due to the reason being that they would be eating into the cap.



As for anyone who is planning on getting membership or donating, I advise you not to do either until we post an update on these. We believe the same issue is affecting these however due to the cap, we would rather emails primarily for passwords at this time.

That explains why I suddenly got the password reset e-mail yesterday. Glad to finally be back <img src="http://www.pokemon-world-online.net/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/TreeckoWoot.png" class="bbc_emoticon" alt=":woot:" />

If you're trying to say you did it 2 weeks ago and that's it - then do another one.



Noting that the cap has been reached so it'll be a while before any emails are sent out.

i tried to reset my king acc pass and got the mail after few hours however the pass didn't work so i tried to reset it again but didn't get mail. is there any cap that is making it not send twice for same email id ?

So from my understanding, if the e-mail 'cap' is reached and I request a password reset, the request will not be fulfilled? I ask this because it has been just about a week since I requested a reset for my main account and still have yet to receive an e-mail. :X
