Playerdex: New Token Store!

Hey there.



After many days being spent on it and the updates made in the game code and database to support our new membership system - our all new Token Store is live. The new store has been updated with items, bundles and a change is the pokemon that are available. You are also no longer required to activate a "pokemon item" in order to access the store. As long as you have at least 3 tokens, you are free to enter and take a look.



Membership is also only available via the Token Store as of now. You can either get 30 days or 60 days for yourself or 30 days for a friend. Anyone who also had got the medium pokemon box, large pokemon box and pokemon item (not activated) have also had tokens added to their account (maximum of 3 tokens for pokemon boxes or 6 tokens for pokemon item).



Token costs:



- 3 tokens for items and some bundles

- 6 tokens for 30 days membership

- 10 tokens for some bundles and 60 days membership

- 6-15 tokens for pokemon



Anyone who is awaiting membership or tokens who had posted a tracker issue before Sunday 2nd October 7pm (GMT +1) will get 6 extra tokens. Anyone who has posted an membership issue, will receive tokens to cover the period of membership they donated for originally.



You can also use the new command /ismember to check if you currently have membership on your account.

Some have been added; and others - mainly Pokémon that are now easily found in-game - have been taken away.

Is there a "claim unclaimed tokens" button still?



Perhaps I was over anxious and should have practiced better patience, but I have been waiting to donate for a while and took this as a sign that it was now safe.



Just donated $40 and can't get tokens... I did post it in the dreaded tracker: http://www.pokemon-world-online.net/for ... oct-72011/



But thought I'd ask if it's an easy fix as well as post it here so people don't (as I did) assume it's now safe to donate.

This token store is so, so, SO much better. Although, ofc, now you have to pay an extra dollar for some things ;P

No, the page is now set so it checks if you have any unclaimed tokens when you go to the page. The donation system itself isn't fixed however this new Token Store makes it somewhat easier to deal with issues.

I hate you. Just a few days ago I bought a Pokemon from Token Store just cause I didnt want anymore tokens, and now there's MS for 6 tokens.



But on a serious note nice job on this, I'll prolly try and get some tokens once in a while to get me some MS :U

I apologize for jumping the gun and adding to your workload then... the link is there so I know it will be put on the list of people's donation issues to get to. Thanks for your response and the hard work.

uhm, isn't it kind of flawed, you have to donate to see what you can buy.

so, we have to guess how many tokens we need for a particular poke.

I'm certain there's a wiki page with them all, but that's extra hassle when it should be right there.

it's like going to a Till in a supermarket, giving them the money, then looking round the store.



I went on to see how much certain pokes were, and couldn't even get to viewing them.

the 3 tokens bit made me think, so I went and checked, all I could see was soothe bell and starter kit.
