is there a easy way catching pikachu i cant get anytokens and just started playing is there a way i can cheat the game or get pikachu easier normal whayi spent two days looking for it now in the viridian forest

Either way, you shouldn't be trying to cheat to get something. =X

I spent 4 days in the forest, didn't find a Pikachu.
Spent an hour in the PowerPlant and I found 2.
I believe there is a better rate in the power plant, so try your luck there.

I've probably found like 15+ Pikachu by now just by hanging around the Power Plant.
I found 2 shiny pokemon, a pinsir, and like 4 pidgeotto in the forest for the 4 days I was there.

But why do I have to buy a surfboard before I could catch a Pikachu?! Not fair

You don't need a surfboard.
There is a secret entrance to the Power Plant.
Go to the rock tunnel from Cerulean, after you go through the first ladder head to the bottom left corner.
There will be a crack in the wall with leaking water, hit space bar around it to discover the secret entrance.

Be patient, since there is a lot of common and rare in the forest, making it difficult to meet Pikachu. Good Luck in finding Pikachu!
