I would just like to start by saying thanks to the people that helped me with this guide. These include Leftyy, Massive, Dovee, and Puna. If I forgot your name here, please tell me and I will add you in.

Training-Guide.gif

Introduction: This guide goes through each route of importance in Pokemon World Online and tells you where to train, for how long, and which Pokemon are in each area. This is intended for people playing through that particular region. For example, people who started in Johto and have level 50 Pokemon should not train at Route 1. Thus, let’s begin with the guide.

So, you start your adventure, choose your starter Pokemon and are ready to begin. You proceed to Route 1.

*Viridian Forest vs. Route 2:

Both Viridian Forest and Route 2 have similarly leveled Pokemon. Route 2, however, has Pokemon getting as high as level 7 whereas Pokemon in Viridian Forest only go as high as level 6. At this point, it is up to you, the trainer, to decide whether you want a bit faster leveling or a better chance at the valued Pikachu or the elusive Scyther and Pinsir.

After beating Brock, proceed east to Route 3.

Route 3:

Requirements: Boulder Badge

Notable Pokemon: Jigglypuff (VR)

Mt. Moon:

Requirements: Boulder Badge

The first is that Diglett’s Cave is all the way back in Vermillion while Route 7 is right next to Celadon. Diglett’s Cave, however, offers faster leveling due to the fact that you can sometimes find Dugtrios, which give major EXP at that low a level. Route 7 offers rarer Pokemon, such as Murkrow and Houndour, so the choice is up to you.
