Outdated NPC Dialogue Thread

This game is old and has gone through a lot of changes. While it's not a bug, NPCs will reference outdated info sometimes.
Post things here so I can keep it organized, in one place,  and easily referenced please. 

Feel free to post here. If people tell me about outdated NPCs ingame, I'll write them here too.
If you told me about an NPC earlier - I may have lost it, sorry. Please post here, so I can never forget or lose it again.

Not really outdated, but misleading/unclear:

BT Move Tutor NPC says "Please be aware any Move Tutor or Egg Moves will vanish if you edit your Pokemon's moveset at Playerdex." This is only true if you remove those moves when editing, not for all edits.
