Old Account situation

Hello,
I had an account awhile back, but i haven't logged in for quite some time, now I can't log back in, even though I know the username and password. I figured it might be blocked or something due to my inactivity so I could recover it using my email. Problem is I used a different email back then to register for the game and now I can't remember what the email dress is thus I can't log into it... Is there anyway I can have my old account back please??!

Until late 2015, they deleted inactive accounts (2 years of inactivity) to make some place. But if you were inactive for less than 2 years, then...try to contact staff in Discord server.

I don't remember how long ago it was, but I think my old account is still there..anyways how do I access discord?

Just for confirmation - we would only provide the first 3 characters of the email address (which the Playerdex also provides).

From there, it would be in your hands.

This is a different issue to the first poster. You can log into your account here so your account is fine.

Make sure you have the latest client and check that your firewall and/or antivirus programs are not blocking our game.

You need to verify your account as it says in your previous image.

As Paarthurnax~ as mentioned before; the issue is that your old account hasn't been verified yet. As stated on one of your previously posted pictures (http://prntscr.com/hn5ml2) You need to log onto the Playerdex (https://playerdex.pokemon-world-online.com/) with your old account to "complete" the "verification [...] process"
I'm not an expert on those things, but I reckon it's to create security questions since I'm to assume your account predates that feature.

If you can log into the Playerdex okay there should be no issue with your account. I suggest you log into the game again (as admin) and see if you have an escape rope. Moving to your last Pokecenter may help. If you can't ask in the ingame chat for staff to move you, or join our Discord server which you will find linked on the PWO home page. All staff will be happy to move you to see if that will fix your issue but you'll need to catch us in real time.
