It's a one day wait, but apart from that we'll have to wait on GE Luminance to check into this for you.

Yes, as Fonty said, Giratina is re-battle-able in case it didn't drop the item or you lost to it after 1 day.

But please tell me what level was Giratina when you battled it and if it didn't drop the Engraved Ring when you re-battle it tomorrow.

First time when i battle = Giratina lvl 75 = n drop
Second time = Giratina 99 = drop

its all right.
