The game is currently offline while I defrag the server. I don't know how long this will take so please don't ask for estimates. We're also sorry for all the map and website issues that we have had in the past few hours.

be glade to back in PWO. Right now i changed my password to a new one and worked great for those who is not working well please only use letters for the new password since it seams that numbers are not accepted by the reseter ( not sure if thats correct but it worked for me ). Also i want to ask is the server down right now since i can not log in into game with the client???

Partially because running several servers at the same time costs a lot of money and we haven't had a lot of donations recently; but mostly because our server code doesn't play nice with running multiple servers for the game at once. Though we would like to get a second server anyway in order to separate the Web content from the game server, because that's also causing a lot of the lag.

Im unsure as to why the game is up at all. Don't get me wrong. I see this project getting VERY big in the future...but only when it's finished. I feel like players get turned off when they log on and find out the game is very broken. Most veteran players are aware its an unfinished game..but newer players, who have stumbled on the game by accident, wait for registration to open up..then find out the game is broken..will probably quit and never really come back.



Why not save your money? Then come out with a product that people will WANT to pay for. Impress them from the start. Get them invested. To be completely honest...the only thing that truly bothered me was the battle system...but that happens to be the most important part of the game.



And how do you expect anyone to donate when everything seems to be shut down. At the very least...there should be a way for us to contribute...other than map making...because lets be honest...we all want and could be a mapper. lol



Maybe im 100% wrong though. I just came into all of this and I think ya'll are doing a fantastic job. It just feels a little messy is all. Which is COMPLETELY understandable...but yea...my opinion is like an _______...everyone has one. <img src="http://www.pokemon-world-online.net/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ChikoritaSmile.png" class="bbc_emoticon" alt="" /> Keep up the good work!!! You do realize PWO is staffed solely on VOLUNTEERS right? of course the game isnt going to be perfect.... its worked on in spare time and if thats simply not good enough for you, then get out of the game and wait 'till were done working on it.
