New Dragons Den Quest problem [Resolved]

Hey so..earlier i was hunting for dratini skin and after the new quest came up, i helped the scientist at whirl islands and the one at rotue 45. after that, i went to the Dragons Club, and saw that notice board which tells me what all i have completed. But the first requirement (helping both the people) says to be Not Completed. am i missing a step? please help me out with this. Thanks

Future Sight did you find the dratini skin and the horsea scale and give them to the two NPCs?

oh nevrmind, the server came back on, i went in game, talked to Justin, got the membership for DD. think it just needed some time for the stuff to save or smthin. its all good now, would be better if i get a bagon tho ^-^ Thanks for the help.
