I've recently cought Growlithe and have been raising his level, now he is 23lvl but he hasn't learned 3 moves from lvl19 yet. I'd like to learn all moves in specific lvl of Growlithe, is there any solution for this? ??? (The missing moves are: Reversal, Fire Fang, Take Down)

Re-learn them via the Playerdex for 500 Pokedollars per level.
Though I suggest only doing it after it evolves, because you might wanna teach it Thunder Fang as well (which you have to use this method to obtain it only when it is an Arcanine).
Edit: And no, you can't learn a specific move until you reach the certain level to learn it.

Go se wiki, to see when pokemon learns moves. (Reversal lvl 25, Fire fang lvl 28, Take Down lvl 34)
