My girlfriend can't loggin

Hi

we are pretty new to PWO, we just created two accounts, but my girlfriend can't log in. Neither her account nor mine is able to be logged on her computer.
She gets the "you are currently logged in with an ip address":" error. It doesn't show the IP address.
The weird point is that i can log in on two of my computers, but when she's at her home she won't be able to connect, so we can't play together.

Has someone encountered the same problem ?

How can we solve this ?
