i went to show grandpa duncan one of the pokemon he wanted to see and got stuck behind him i tryed refreshing and it dont work can a gm teleport me out

If you're on when a CG is on, he'll be able to teleport you to the last pokemon center you visited. If you haven't been in a pc yet, you'll have to wait for a GM or ADM
