Missing / Moved Npc? Kidnapped?

Normally, as stated by the wiki moon stones are sold in Mt. Moon. Going from the Pewter City entrance, the vendor is hiding in the north-eastern most corner of the first room. I went to this vendor just yesterday and the day before that. Today, the vendor was missing. I re-loaded the room 7 times by exiting / re-entering Mt. Moon and I tried the /refresh command just to be sure. On top of that, I searched all of Mt Moon, in case it was just slightly moved to a different room or something. I even logged out and logged back in twice.



I think Team Rocket has kidnapped the old man who sells moon stones in Mt Moon! HELP!?!

Attached to this post is a screen shot of where the old man was last seen.



Did geodudes eat him?



Did the clefaries take him back to their home planet for back taxes on selling parts of their planet without a registered real estate license?



Did he finally find that rare fossile he was looking for all his life, sell it, and retire?



Where is he?



I just sold my horribly rare pikachu to get money to buy moon stones from him to evolve my Nidorino and Nidorina. Now out of all times he decides to skip a day of work? A week of work? When will he be back?

first pikachu its vr not hr does not matter that in viridian forest its hr in power plant its vr so in general pikachu its vr and you can buy stones in markets too!

Stones in markets cost more because everyone is bidding on them. That and there are currently no moon stones up.

I walked into mt moon and this guy "your missing npc" was like hey dude you want some moon stones and he sold them to me for free. Basically this old man was giving away free moon stones, so I was like ROADHOUSE! and i kicked him in the face and he disappeared. I will hire a new old man to stand in his place all day, and trust me he will actually make money not give stuff away. So just be patient please.
