Missing item!

I was training a pokemon when I realized that my HP item disappeared.
I want to know if it is possible to see discarded items,
maybe I've accidentally discarded my Power Weight.

You did not discard your power weight according to our logs. There is at least one pokemon move that will permanently remove an item from your pokemon during a wild battle. If that happens during a battle you have to either steal it back or catch the pokemon to retrieve the item. Once the battle is over the item is gone.

To be specific, "Trick" and "Switcheroo" will both steal your held item permanently if you faint the pokemon. The only way to get it back is to steal it back through a move or to catch the offending pokemon.
