Missing/duplicating Membership Gifts?

I don't know why, well I sort of do I guess - I know the signs for if they are. It does appear to me though to be a saving issue.

I don't have membership atm but I did while the game was down so I was lead to believe I was supposed to get a soothe bell or w.e since I already have the tokens. So ummm yahhh I don't so if I can get it that'd be sweet thanks.

I had a membership on my old account which i was unable to recover. The account was mynamesbobby, this is one is simply my new one since I was unable to recover it. If i could get those tokens moved to this that would be great, but if not oh well

This is the wrong place to report. Please post a picture of your Paypal-payment-bill into the tracker. And you should take a look into the Announcements-section from time to time!

Okay, I somehow missed the fact that things were given out due to the downtime. I have had my membership before the downtime, and I have never received any kind of item after the downtime. I still am a member too hah. So if anyone can help me out here so I can get my compensation gift, that would be nice. I have Dragon Scales duplicating. I put this on the tracker a looooong time ago but then everything went kaput with the game. It'd be nice to not get another one every time I log in.

I was an active user with membership before the game went down with the DDOS attack, but when I came back, my membership was gone. Looking back at my profile, it was said that my membership was due to expire on 8/02 so I am not sure if I actually got an extension or that the membership ran out on me while I was gone. I wasn't able to log on at all during the attack so I wasn't able to check my account at all until now.
