Does PWO have any plan for this evolution? I hope the time this evolution appears on PWO will come soon.

While there is no official stance on this matter, I personally prefer PWO stays at least one generation behind the latest games. We are a fan made game of the older versions and not meant to be 'stealing' their latest ideas or coming anywhere near competing against them.
So at the moment we do have plans for adding 5th gen pokemon to the game in some fashion but no plans for 6th gen as yet.
