The mart was before my time here on PWO how will it work? Will it be avaible in game or is this something we go through on the PlayerDex?

I was told the new playerdex planned release was for the end of November, and that there would be a 2-3 week test period for it for a limited amount of users??? IS this still the plan? Thanks
