Making a lvl 4 or less team

Anyone interested in doing this? it seems fun, since there are alot of TM's now in game, it will be interesting to make a lvl 4 team, not lvl 5 since then all will be using token pokes lol

I actually have a team lvl 1, lvl 4 and lvl 5 (10/15/20/25/30 included ) but i was never interested to make a lvl 4 team tbh yet i did it xD. In other hand that seems something interesting to do while people wants to b5 but avoids ts pokemon and do a lvl4 battle instead.

Anyways you can do a lvl5 battle without TS pokemon as a battle rule
