Login Issue

Whenever i log in i here a ding as if an error would appear however nothing does, it just sits there at authentication. After i press "enter" and get the ding i cant do anything and all the buttons become unusable. If i actually click log in i get no ding and i just sit there at authentication with all buttons unusable again.

Things i have tried:
Reinstall
Download a new copy using a different link
Run as Admin
Run in compatibility mode
Restated PC
Wait 12 hours and try again
Logged in to web site to make sure password is correct

Any ideas?

I just noticed that its the same for me just "connecting to server" and nothing else shows up but once the staff see this topic they will help you

I believe some people fixed that by changing their language settings under unicode language settings. You may want to expand and provide the screenshots if you want them to look into. The message itself "cannot connect to the server" is rather logical for you to fix it.
