probably the server is down at the moment when u r trying to log in ...if that happens wait for few moments and then try again ..u can check the server status via http://www.pokemon-world-online.net/serverwatch.php

and also make sure to have the latest client version which is 1.81
and also check ur internet connection

That could mean that the server is frozen.
