Loading map Scuttle Cove...

Hello. I just downloaded PWO yesterday, I tried to launch it, logged in, server Sapphire, and then I got to the loading screen that says
Loading map Scuttle Cove... So I waited a bit, and clicked on it several times, the ''not responding'' error came up. I terminated the proccess using task manager. And started it again. This time I waited for about a hour without clicking it or anything. Still nothing. Next day I tried to launch it as an administrator, didn't help too.
Can someone help me what should I do with this error? Is my Scuttle Cove map file missing or something?
