I would like to see it introduced maybe in a different way this time.
It could be a quest, but I like a theme of a secret quest where it is not announced, except for maybe a hint in someone change log

I think making the item droppable by Pokemon would be a good idea or maybe as an even voucher prize maybe 1 or 2??
