Anybody here with lvl 70 pokes or below and want to participate in any tournament cup but cant due to low levels,

I dont think you may post stuff here about events... You need to wait for people to search for unofficial events and click your topic. By the way, most people that come here (that is what I saw and seemed to be so) are people that are powerfull. You can also advertise this in-game
