Item: Escape Rope!

Thanks to the wonderful effort made by Thugie and Bis_Eastwood Escape rope is now in game!

Every player can obtain 8 Escape Ropes for Free after beating each of the first 8 gym leaders of the region they started in. For those who have already beat the gym leaders you can still obtain them. All you have to do is talk to the NPC that tells you info about the gym and the gym leader upon entering the gym.

In the upcoming days we will also make them available in pokemarts and dept stores. Be sure to check GE's update logs to find where they become available for purchase.

We expect you to use these to get unstuck instead of asking for a staff member. This is why we are giving everyone 8 for free.

Any bugs with the item or the npcs should be reported in the playerdex.

Ah. Good to hear. Now hopefully less people will flood the chat asking to get moved by a GM. Where exactly does it move you though? outside of a cave? to the last pokemon center you visited?

does this escape rope work on all maps, or just caves?

It works on all maps!
You get teleported back to the pokecenter when you use it.
You can also use it in a pokecenter for what ever reason you wanna do that.

Well..

If I'm correct testing this now you shouldn't be able to get stuck in the back by the door again in the pc's
So lets hope I'm right
