Many Players are scammed because of item like prism scale, TMs, Soothe Bells et. not tradeable I think there should a command like /item "ITEM NAME","USERNAME" and this will show that user do you really have that item or not and the no. of that items you have.

We'll be sure that the item exist but scamming chances also exist yet.

Probably it's a way to reduce scams but it only means that the player has the item, not that it won't scam you.

That's true and it's because I told ''probably''. I believe it's not a 100% solution but it would reduce scams considerably.
