I'd personally be a Grass Type Gym leader. I'd have Half-Grass Type Pokemon to throw people off. First pokemon would be an Ludicolo, to start off strong and get rid of those pesky Fire-Types. Second would be an Abomasnow, causing a ruckus with his Blizzard. And lastly it'd be a solid grass type, Sceptile. Swift and strong, it'll hold out well.

I would probably be a water gym leader. I normally would prefer to have Psychic or Dragon Pokemon, but I simply love water. And they can be quite tough for most types.
