I accidentally went to jhoto instead of kanto, and i really wanted to go to kanto. can I have my account reset please, and i also got this weird thing in the background that said " narration on or something, and now all i get from the game is static. pls help!

Theres no way to reset your account, you can either play through the game until you can go back to Kanto after you're done with Johto, or you can make a new account. The narration thing I've never heard of before, perhaps its something to do with your computer?
