I trained a lot of pokes and evo them at level 99 successfully but this time i misclicked no at level 99 due to distraction while training. Is there any way i can save this Quilava and evo it to Typholosion ? Save me [GE].

There is no way unfortunately, the only way is by leveling up. It should be noted that the evolution glitch is more likely at higher levels so even without misclicking you are playing the odds to do this with all your pokemon. I know of several bagons/dragonairs for example that have suffered the same fate as your quilava.
