I Keep Getting....

Go to your start menu, then run, then enter dxdiag into the text box. You should see a window with tabs. Go to the display tab and check if you direct3d is enabled. Then test if it works. If it doesn't, you should receive a message saying how to fix it.
If that doesn't fix it try updating your video card drivers, or replacing it (if you're using PCI/-e. Hope that helps!
